Been in there at least four times in the past, and again today. Have always received friendly and efficient service every time. Very impressed with how friendly and efficient they are, always happy to deal with you. Nice change from some Vic Roads office I have been in Victoria where you can be treated like a number.

Very rude service !!!!!
Hopefully never have to go in there ever again …
Will learn to cope as an aged pensioner and go online .
Watched people in front of me leaning on counter with help and other people where ORDERED to stand on red dot!!!
Absolutely.. her remark on masks was to insinuate PEOPLE don’t know when she is joking - well it starts in the body language and tone of voice ..
Never, have,.. I ever been treated by a rude, obnoxious person in customer service ..
after 4 out 5 attempts ..👍
Hopefully never have to go back again ..

On 17th Sept recent I had business to conduct in Port Augusta Office
The Lady who attended me - Bec I believe, was the most pleasant and efficient person anyone could wish for. While I was being attended to I observed another young lady attending to other customers. I found her attitude and manners excellent in all respects and both Ladies a credit to their position

Very rude no customer service skills! I don’t think the woman that served us realises she is working in customer service just like a hairdresser or a supermarket consultant you are required to treat people with respect and dignity.
