5 stars isn't enough to rate the amazing experience i had with the Settlement Group. I would give them 10 stars if i could!

I had the privilege of having Connie Micheli as my settlement agent.

Connie worked very efficiently with the bank and the seller to ensure a smooth settlement.

Connie and her team kept me updated every step of the way - they provided insight and guidance on the settlement
process to ensure i understood what was required of me every step of the way.

They were always available to offer a helping hand. There was a time during the process where my work committments
impacted my ability to send some important paper work to Connie - I had the option of sending the paperwork via Australia post
instead, Connie opted to send one of her agents to my office to obtain the paper work and thus saving me time and money.

Like that was not enough, after the land settlement, connie and her team followed up with me to ensure i received the neccessary stamp duty rebate.
They thoroughly reviewed my rebate application forms to ensure i filled them correctly and even submitted the documents in person on my behalf!

I highly recommend the Services provided by the Settlegroup agents! They deliver very great service at an affordable price - they work with you in a manner that makes you feel without a doubt that you are in good hands.
