I engaged my lawyer at the beginning of 2023, Nicola Benbow from Sharon Moss Legal, after my initial meeting I had with her because I had a very strong sense that she understood (without coercion) the kind of situation I was in and the type of partner from whom I wanted to sever all connections with my ex partner, especially in relation to any financial, legal or other kinds of connections to him

I had a preliminary meeting with Nicola where I first discovered her energy, insight, knowledge, and evidence that she could recognise and manage the many different kinds of personalities she’s encountered over her lengthy experience which had made me feel that Nicola certainly had the talent and insight to determine the best way forward with knowing the parameters.

I don’t trust people very easily but I learned very quickly that I could trust Nicola because she understood my situation, she understood the kind person who was the respondent and she knew her stuff, very well, in relation to family law.

The jewel in the crown is that she (Nicola) genuinely cared about getting an outcome that will help her clients to explore and challenge offers that may have been put forward, but maybe don't feel right or fair. The system is not fair……and it sucks on so manly levels. If you can work out what your absolute bottom line is(as in what you can live with to accept your situation,, get some numbers worked out to see how you’d manage the bottom
