I was referred by my usual doctor to be squeezed in for a small procedure and was very impressed from start to finish.
The receptionists were friendly and kind and I didn’t wait long before I was seen by nurse Claire and Dr Patrick. Both of them were extremely personable and professional and they got the job done efficiently and easily. Everything was communicated clearly too. Very happy with my visit!

Dr Bernadette Bailey and the nurse (whose name I unfortunately can't remember) were truly amazing. It is hard to find good women's health care but Dr Bailey made a procedure that I often find not only painful, but also often a cold mannered event, into as much of a comfortable experience as possible. She was gentle, patient and informative and talked me though every step.
The nurse held my hand, got a cold towel for my head, and stayed by my side until I was okay. Her presence was really calming and assuring.

Thank you to those two wonderful women. You both left a big positive impact and I am really grateful.

VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST
After waiting 20 minutes (of my 30 min lunch break) I asked the receptionist if it might be much longer as i had to go back to work. She told me it's not like a leg wax where there are set times!!! I was quite shocked. I asked if the patient before me had gone in. She said something about there not being a window to see!! Really rude. I work in medical reception and am horrified someone would speak to a patient like that. Was really quite shocked. All I needed was results of MRI which were available 2 days ago but no one had looked at. I'm in so much pain so I had to book another appt and pay full to get results. The Dr I saw was very nice - just the receptionist was so rude. The other 2 receptionists were lovely.

Dr Ellen Robinson is such a wonderful doctor! She has amazing bedside manners and was very thorough. I felt extremely confident in her management of my care.

The reception staff were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

The quality of care throughout the clinical staff, from Nurse Debbie, Dr Sigrid, and Dr Bailey especially, is truly excellent. The reception team are always so friendly and helpful, under dedicated leadership from their practice manager, Sarah. I’ve been with them since it was just at Onslow Rd and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in Perth.

Dr Alana Dawson is excellent, patient centred in her approach and kind. So easy to get a booking online and is the best experience I have had with wait times. The practice is beautiful, front desk staff have always been approachable and respectful.

I've been bringing my boys (4 and 2) to the SPGP since I fell pregnant and every experience - regardless if we see a doctor or nurse, is impeccable. The whole practice is warm, friendly, kind and reliable. I feel so lucky to have a family GP like this one!
