Melissa O'Neill handled my TPD claim earlier this year. I retired as a lawyer due to a condition related to the claim. I mention this as I understand legal process & can be inclined to be critical of a lawyer's performance. I have nothing but praise for Melissa in the manner in which she represented me with my claim.
