Sarah, Kelly and the team at SHINE supported me wonderfully throughout my claim. It was a tricky issue to resolve, but their consistent and clear communications kept me (mostly) sane over the last two years. My review above still stands but I need to speak to someone ASAP about releasing my settlement from Shine's trust and into my account. It's been three weeks now...

Also, I contacted Gallagher Basset to seek information regarding a case manager I'd liase with throughout my recovery to get ready for work. When I quoted my claim number, they said my claim was still 'disputed' in their system. Can someone please contact me ASAP about this?
