I cannot recommend Craig Oliver from shine lawyers Mackay enough. It is also a great friendly and welcoming team, especially Julie. I was not expecting such a great level of service from a big corporation.
I was sceptical when first seeking advice in regards to a motor vehicle accident. It was extremely evident from my first meeting with Craig that he knew this industry inside and out, he was clearly very experienced, educated, professional and trustworthy. I trusted him instantly and took all of his advice. Once I proceeded, I had been told numerous times to not go with shine, “they are just a big corporation and don’t have your best interest at heart”.
This could not be more wrong. Craig went above and beyond to ensure the absolute best possible outcome! It’s apart of his personality to defeat the other side and he genuinely wants to win.
I would have accepted a much smaller value if a lawyer had said this is the best your going to get, so they could close the case early.
Craig advised me numerous times, that I could accept offers, however he believed the case was worth more.
I trusted him step by step along the way, which I am so glad that I did! Seeing the end result was exactly what he predicted the whole time.
Actually, he is so experienced that his estimate of my in the hand claim figure was correct to the dollar.
His time frames were also spot on.
I would recommend Craig to all of my family and friends should anyone need law advice, he is the man to see.
