I once again find myself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with these feckless fools.

I would love to have more of the rates I pay set aside for hiring more competent staff, but it seems the council members take the lions share to line their own pockets.

This afternoon came across a Bull, obviously in stress in Hopkinson Rd. I told owner. He was reluctant to assist animinal. I was with this dying bull 1 1/2 hrs before the owner put the animal down. A couple of months ago I had to listen to neighbours slaughtering animals to feed themselves. Have I got it wrong - do we live in Urban development zone. Or out on a station or farm with acres galoot Plus there's slaughter facility 20mins away. I rang council rang RSPCA this afternoon- no assistance. Too busy. I called in and spoke to reception at council. The council who are paid by us using Tax payers money and our ever increasing rates. Extra. Well the support I've had from them is nothing less than speaking to a brick wall.? Disgusted. Yes I know about the avenues council has to take - but it doesn't allow for a bit of support - and because it's a bull doesn't mean he is insignificant to have our care when obviously required.
