As a seller's conveyancer, Shirley was very efficient - drafted contract of sale (COS) within 2 days before Christmas shutdown. Conveyancing fee incl. COS was reasonable around $1900 total at the end. Everything was smooth and convenient, with online signatures. Shirley was also prompt with important communications in follow up phone calls.
