Reliable shuttle service and was very accommodating of us, even with some last minute changes. Got everyone to and from where we needed to go safely. One of the passengers left a phone on the bus and Paul texted right away to let us know where to pick it up the next day and even kindly charged it for us.

MUST READ:
I had a horrible experience with this shuttle service on the way back from Jervis Bay. I had booked to leave at 3pm but the driver asked if I could leave by about 2pm for the sake of another passenger to which I clearly let him know that I try do that provided my whale watching charter arrives in time. As I prepare to leave just 10 minutes past 2, I receive a furious call from the driver (Paul) as he yells at me saying that I’d made an agreement threatening to leave without me. I was later told that Paul’s the manager of this (very small) business which is what must’ve given him the notion that he was in some position to speak so condescendingly.
Firstly, I was under no obligation to leave earlier than the time booked on paper (for which I have evidence). I only agreed out of consideration for him on terms that are by no means legally binding.
Secondly, he arrived over half an hour late for my first pick up and threatened to leave without me even though I’d paid in advance on top of the fact that it was prior to the agreed upon time (Breach of contract by the way).
Most importantly, instead of urging me to leave in a civil manner, he raises his voice like a parent yelling at their child and was incredibly snobby during the rest of the trip in his putridly smelly van. Disgusted by his behaviour whilst speaking to another human being that’s being calm and reasonable, let alone a customer. Would actively advise against taking this service and if given a choice the next time, I’d much rather walk those 180km.

Edit: Since I can’t respond to shoalhaven’s response, I have photo evidence that I’d booked for 3pm which I’m happy to add separately as it doesn’t allow me to add it here. Please show me where I made a change for 2pm

We used Shoalhaven Shuttle to transport 30 of our wedding guests to and from our wedding venue...the vans all arrived a bit early on both pick ups and transported all the guests safely.
Barb was great and very helpful, especially with several changes that I needed to make, even a week before the wedding!
Would definitely recommend them!

Our family consisting of 4 adults and 4 children used the Suttle service . We were picked up at our individual homes and dropped off at the Cruise terminal Circular Quay and at the end of our cruise we where picked up at the terminal and dropped of at our individual homes. The service we got from the Co. and our bus driver Paul, there and back was great toilet stop on our way up and back and snacks for the kids. It goes a long way when you get that old fashioned serve with a smile and generosity.
We have used this service before and will use it again. Thanks Paul and to Barbara the receptionist who was great.

Awesome experience with this company from start to finish! We had a local wedding with 10 people attending from our place to a venue around 20 mins away so we needed transport there and back. Barb was great to deal with and quickly sent through a very reasonably priced quote, and our driver on the day was very friendly and punctual! Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Shoalhaven shuttle transport there the best the driver's are very obliging I've used them several times I'd would recommend them especially Paul if needed he will stop to use the amenities he even bought me a boost drink which I've never tried one it was good we have good conversations ect his other driver's are good but I normally get Paul thank-you Paul you're the best I'll be using them again in the future once again Paul a massive thankyou oh he's a top driver I feel safe travelling with Shoalhaven shuttle...big thumbs up.....
