If they bothered to actually buzz in, they would realize we have a secured parcel locker free to use for couriers.
They straight up didn't even bother to check whether I was home or not. My home at the time had a family full of people and all I get is "attempted delivery" notification, which is a lie. Do they get paid to take parcels around the block and drop it off at the collection point?
Please sort out your business. This is unfair and unacceptable for consumers.

The post office experience is quite underwhelming, with sluggish service and staff who often come across as impolite or insensitive. Receiving the frustrating "Sorry we missed you" slip when you were actually at home is just the beginning, as you now have to deal with the post office directly.

They dont deliver as well as other couriers, and they just drop your parcel at the centre for collection, yet they only open in narrow business hours. Like their customers have nothing to do. Au Post is so out of touch and no competitiveness.

There’s no way the driver can’t leave the parcel in the dedicated mail room in my building. Or at least they could leave it in the au post locker right across the street. Instead they decided to put it in this PO 10km away and closed in weekends.

How can Australia post sill close at 5pm for a business centre? Also why can Amazon leave parcels but Aus post still can't in 2024? The time and money to go and pick up the items during business hours generally exceeds the package ordered! I often have to do it on a day off work so I can get there in time!

I moved to a new place and 9/10 non-signature required parcels are not delivered. I was home for all of them and they don't ring your bell. Have to pick up from the post office which is packed as everyones parcels were not delivered

Terrible experience. Not helping at all. I have different address shows on the drive license, I said i can show the bills, he can’t wait for me to find it and ask me go back on other day. He’s time is important what about my time? The worth experience ever for pick up my parcel. That’s not a post officer should be. Hope he go find other job. This job is not suitable for him. One of the slowest places to pick up anything....

Auspost need to wake up and make it faster here !
