Went here to get our wills done. This was something we had no experience with either as beneficiaries, or as benefactors, so we were very happy with the whole process, and how Emma Vincour put us at ease. We had an absolutely awful experience with our lawyer from Simmons Wolfhagen. She never met a single deadline that was promised even though the case was extremely time sensitive. We always seemed to be less important than her other work. We never received confident advise, it was always maybe this maybe that what do you think? We had no idea how to navigate this legal battle and it felt like our lawyer didn't either. Just when we thought it couldn't get worse she left us without representation for court in the weeks leading up to the hearing, her excuse was she's busy that day. It was only by a stroke of luck that the opposing party pulled out before it went to court that we got the result we needed. When you need a lawyer it's usually for the worst thing happening in your life and Simmons Wolfhagen made that time a thousand times worse when they should have been making every effort to make it better, given the amount of money we were paying them. Cannot stress enough, do not use this firm! While they claim I was never a client, this is untrue. The account was all under my partners name. Poor defence comment from a shitty lawyer firm as expected....

I wish there was a negative here. I called these guys twice in the hope of receiving some advise on a property contract. The moment I mentioned that, a lady by the name of Jacky sighed and then put me on hold without any advise and eventually hung up. I called the 2nd time giving them the benefit of doubt and she still did the same thing. By far the rudest and silliest business I have encountered.
