Avoid Garry Singh at all costs. I simply asked to be kept informed about the settlement process, but he failed to notify me about two crucial dates. He was arrogant, rude, and even suggested I find another solicitor halfway through the process while still charging his fees. If I had any other option, I would have chosen someone else. Unfortunately, I had to proceed with the settlement through him to make my life easier. Stay away from this unprofessional individual.

In August 2024, I used the Conveyancing services of Singh Solicitors they handled my matter very professionally, The reason I am writing this review is the Singh Solicitors team went beyond my expectations in also advising me by checking a few Sec32 of the properties patiently and picking up on things like inclusions etc and its affects on the purchaser legally, with so many Conveyancing services in the market I am convinced to have a conveyencer who is also a Solicitor. Avoid Garry Singh. He failed to inform me of key settlement dates and was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Despite his poor service, he still charged full fees. Unfortunately, I had to complete the settlement with him. Stay away from this individual
