I recently had Ruth Single from Single law to represent me in a family law matter, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory . Despite my initial hopes, I feel compelled to share my disappointment.

From the outset, communication with Ruth was a challenge . She often took days to respond to my emails and phone calls if at all , leaving me feeling ignored and unsure about the progress of my case . The lack of timely communication was a major source of frustration .

Moreover when we did manage to connect , I found Ruth Singles approach to be lacklustre and disengaged. It seemed as though she had a minimal understanding of the specifics of my case , which left me questioning her level of experince . The lack of attention to detail and failure to grasp key aspects of my case further exacerbated my concerns.

What ultimately left me deeply dissatisfied was the outcome of my case. From the onset of her engagement begun a downward spiral . Despite having shared all relevant details and providing ample evidence, Ruth Single failed to effectively prepare the evidence with my interests to suceed. It became evident that Ruth Single from Single Law had not adequately prepared my case for final hearing, refusing to add crucial evidence to my affidavit . I wish I had engaged another legal firm to represent me.

In summary, my experience with Ruth Single from Single Law was subpar . Marked by poor communication and lacklustre representation . I was left feeling ignored , ill-prepared and ultimately disappointed by the outcome of my case at the final hearing. She just turned up to get paid and certainly was not interested in winning. I regret having Ruth Single from Single Law as my legal representative and cannot recommend their services based on my personal experience.

One who doesn't answer her calls, what can you say on her behalf. From 1/2 hour first meeting convinced me she is a good lawyer but, somehow she has vanished into thin air. Hope she surfaces again, as I feel she has a lot to offer.
