lisa was great the entire way through. she called with regular updates. would go out of her way to do stuff for me which i dont just label as it was her job. cause she did go above and beyond.

and something that i was very happy with is everytime she called, there was a happy and cheerful demenaur. didnt hear her get angry or annoyed once. and usually in customer service u can tell when a person has had enough. but lisa clearly just loves her job.
