I was with Slater and Gordon for over 2 years, and they caused so many unnecessary delays and consistently missed deadlines in my case, that I had to find new representation. I found the customer service was condescending and they outright refuse to take any accountability for how slow and incompetent they are. This firm has a lot of staff turnover and take on more cases than they are able to handle, resulting in not giving individual cases the attention they deserve.

I was told by Slater and Gordon that they would transfer my files to my new lawyers immediately, but it has been over 5 weeks and they haven't done it.

If you want to be treated with respect and want your legal matters resolved in a reasonable timeframe, Slater and Gordon is NOT the law firm for you.

Dealing with Slater and Gordon has to be the biggest mistake I have ever made!

Slater and Gordon are completely incompetent in every aspect of being a solicitor, from losing information that you're even a client to not contacting you for 6 months at a time.

100% do not use this company for anything unless you want added stress and your time wasted!

I was miss lead my my barrister and solicitor on 2 occasions.. I was told a minimum certain amout of money I would receive.. and then after everything was done it turned out less then the settlement amout they informed me on .. if that was the case I would not have settled.. I received even less then the lawyer firm .. I will be asking for further advice on the matter as I feel I was lied to on 2 occasions.. and the matter even took 6 years to settle ..
