Not sure what the drs are like as I didn’t get a chance to see them, their receptionist needs a attitude check and learn some manners
Being rude to new a patient or even a regular patient for that matter over a simple question isn’t acceptable.
They do not make you feel welcome or want to even go there at all.
Being polite to people over the phone or in person isn’t hard.

I visited Pullenvale Smart Clinics today to have skin cancer check. The reception staff were helpful, I was not kept waiting and the doctor was very caring and professional throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic.

This is my regular clinic that I go too. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The Dr's I've seen at the clinic are great and explain things clearly. They always make me feel at ease when I'm feeling a little anxious. The staff are especially helpful when you may need to see a Dr straight away prior to your appointment.

My husband and I are with Smart Clinics Pullenvale since many years. Three years ago we moved away from this area into a retirement village in Albion. But our GP Dr Afshan is our Guardian Angel. We take an Uber just to see her. That is money well spent for us, because there is nobody better than Dr Afshan at Pullenvale Smart Clinics. All staff and nurses are very professional and kind. at any time.
