We were very pleased with our experience at Smith Law. It was time for us to make our estate plan so we met with a few law firms and decided to go with Smith Law because of their experience, knowledge, and no-nonsense approach. We met with Brandon who was very reassuring about developing a plan to meet our needs without making the experience a complicated ordeal. No drama, no condescending explanations (as 1 lawyer did who met us in our home & we politely excused him), and at a reasonable fee. I'll tell you what we have been with Brandon now since 2022 June and I'll tell you what best law firm I have ever been to. Brandon is so nice, he's so caring and very thorough and very knowledgeable in the industry that he practices law in. I literally took just a few questions and a few sentences of what we needed done and now that I'm having to utilize him a little bit more
I can see that he really knew what he was doing and the way that he set up the trust was amazing and all we had to do was just tell him a few details of our situation and he already knew how to set it up. Barry one of his assistants, he's outstanding as well and very thorough and very knowledgeable. The only thing that I could say is calling us back has been kind of an issue when they say they're going to but other than that that's gotten better. Outstanding Law Firm!!!!! I would recommend them for any of your trust, estate, probate issues that you might have.

There is no doubt that, should the opportunity present itself, we would use them again.
They are courteous ,knowledgeable and highly professional, from the attorney, to the paralegal and even to receptionist. Their charges were very reasonable and they kept us constantly informed. Also, they were happy to answer our many questions.
