Called the Rocklea Snap store for assistance this morning after creating a poster in Canva and not being sure how to get it printed. I am so impressed with Snap Rocklea. I contacted them to print some sewing patterns in A0 as I always have issues with Officeworks printing desk and their reluctance to assist, or inability to print them without a week or more notice. I spoke to Louise who was so friendly and helpful and emailed my files over which were printed in just over an hour. Can't speak highly enough of the team at Rocklea. Great communication and easy to deal with. Quick response to all enquiries and quotes also providing our items in a timely manner. Special mention for going above and beyond in assisting with the branded merchandise gifts for our clients where we had a bit of a hiccup (due to no fault of Snap). So grateful that more suitable replacements were able to be ordered and at no extra cost to our business. Good old fashioned customer service which is rare these days.
