I originally approached Stacey Bell at SNG for advice around the adequacy of legal papers (will and PoA). Stacey was incredibly approachable, gleaned as much information from me prior to the meeting so we could maximise our time and provided clear, concise and considered advice to me when we did have a face to face appointment. Stacey also met with my mum (in her 80s). I really appreciated the respectful way in which she treated mum like a capable person, and not like a deaf incompetent. Mum was ably advised and guided but not directed or made to feel judged or unable to change her mind. I absolutely recommend Stacey. Great service, great outcome.
