I recently had a fantastic experience with Sim from Snooze! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the various options available. Her knowledge about the products was impressive, and she made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. I left feeling confident in my purchase and excited about my new mattress and Bed Frame.Highly recommend Sim for anyone looking for great customer service and expertise at Snooze!

IF YOU ARE GOING TO PURCHASE FROM ANY SNOOZE. DO NOT CHOOSE CAMPBELLTOWN.

After a purchase in October 2024 and extensive delays, we will be choosing anywhere else but Snooze to purchase future beds.

A delay of almost 5 months, with no actual correspondence or contact (unless you rang yourself to find out where your goods are) we were finally told our bed had arrived.

As we were collecting the bed, we attended the shop where we were advised the staff had not told the Warehouse to deliver it to the store. The manager at this time made an agreement with us that due to the mix up, that he would have the bed delivered to our house after 5pm (due to work hours).

Come Thursday, we receive a message saying that this cannot be upheld as the driver is off sick & only business hours canthr bed be delivered. I tried to make arrangements to have someone home during this times. And tried to call back Snooze. Phone calls were left unanswered or if answered as the agreement was made with the Manager Sonny the staff could not help and were telling us to wait another week.

I was put on hold for time periods as apparently serving customers is more important than previous customers & it ended in us travelling again to the shop to collect the item as who knows how much longer we would have to wait for the item or any call back.

Once getting the bed home and unpacked. The frame was damaged. Calls/emails have been made to the store and not returned.
Finally after several calls, the store answers & when I have explained the terrible customer service we have received the staff have laughed on the other end and said they believe they have done their very best.
I am still waiting for the owner Sonny to call me back. I have asked for a refund on the bed & have been told that a service only can be provided. Funny enough apparently they will call me back after Monday.

The bed i tested in the shop , wasn't the bed I got delivered and when I questioned him about it. He basically said to bad , wouldn't exchange , wouldn't swap wouldn't refund. Don't trust him . He is a liar and rip off. I'll never buy from there again ... discusting

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Snooze Campbelltown, particularly Anam. Her knowledge of the products, and ability to find the right fit for my needs was amazing. The team were very good at making sure the options met my budget. In my experience visiting similar stores over the last 6 weeks, Anam and the team were so much better to deal with than the competition. The quality of products was great, and my kids and I are very happy. Thanks again Anam!

The store had an excellent range of furniture and mattresses. Anam was very helpful in helping us select the right product for us. She had a detailed understanding of the products and was able to relate them to our needs. She was a pleasure to work with.
