Worst council to ever deal with.
Nobody returns phone calls when they promise too..
They never fix your damaged property until you really push.
They'll blame everything else on other thing rather that admitting to their mistakes.

There might be worse councils out there, but I doubt it.

6 years, waiting for my driveway to be repaired after they tore it up after another incompetent repair job.

Flooding my house because they block off storm water drains. (pictures in my possession).

Come home from work to find my house flooded with raw sewerage because they ran the high pressure drain cleaner thame wrong way up the sewerage pipe.
Come home to an absolute mess..
I can't mention what else was found in my house from that sewerage because it would be too graphic.
Still, to this day, mould still growing on walls.. Through the paint.
I'm not well and I'm not sure if my health started declining after this sewerage incident.
Was reported to council, they laughed..
Said they'd send someone around. Needless to say, nobody did..

I think it's time to see a solicitor..
The weight of the water, flooding my house caused structural damage.
I want it fixed.
