Only showed me the largest most expensive product... when I asked about a smaller one the pharmacist replied "we don't stock everything in Australia MY DEAR" in the most condescending manner.
Needless to say I bought the cheaper smaller product NEXT TO the massive bottle he showed me. To which he responded "I'm not familiar with that product"'

Should have read the other reviews first lol. Seems this guy has a reputation 😆

You work there. It's your job to know what's in the shop as the qualified Pharmacist... and to be nice about it. I live in a van and just don't have room for massive bottles of stuff, and the tiny bottle lasted me months. It's a shame I forgot to get it when I'd been at the other pharmacy in Port Headland as the lady there was both friendly and helpful.

Zero stars. Shame there's not many other options if you need a chemist. I hate giving my money to ugly people.

I will never go back in this place after being yelled at and publicly humiliated by one of the pharmist. Cameron was aggressive, raised his voice so everyone in the chemist could hear what meds I'm on (controld substance) very unprofessional of him, also my daughter was with me at the time and was scared! On the other hand Mark the pharmist is super professional always was great to deal with. 👍

The younger male pharmacist was very helpful explaining the effects of my drugs when taken in combination (which my doc never told me). He made phone calls to the doc/Medicare for me and organised for me to pick up my next prescription elsewhere as we are travelling. He was very sympathetic to my pain and went over and beyond to help me. Extremely impressed and will always use this pharmacy when in this town.

Bright and clean store, plenty of choice but not overwhelming. Staff were friendly and cheerful and pharmacist on duty at the time was very helpful, explained all about the medication we were getting and was sympathetic to poor ill child.

This pharmacy is ridiculous, unprofessional. The pharmacist was rude, ignorant and unhelpful. He violated privacy and confidentiality and should be under review.

Don't bother with this mob, called ahead for a jab was told to come in at 10am the following morning. To be met with blank faces and told to come back later, not impressed. People have work commitments hence bookings.

The girls were absolutely lovely my daughter got her ears pierced and they were quick professional and just lovely .
