I went to get a birth cert application today at sth morang justice centre after being told by the Melbourne office to go there. Well the rude horrible woman I got who said we are too busy to do birth cert because we are short staffed. You have to go to Broadmeadows, quite a distance from me.. I could not understand this and argued the point but all she was interested in was making a complaint about the customer service officer who told me to go there. The time this took being difficult she could have processed my application. She spoke to me through an intercom and looked at me through the glass. With her higher than mighty attitude she is the one who needs to be reported ..After pleading my case with this cold hearted woman I left in disgust She was impossible
