Horrendous customer service which left my wife in tears.

She's currently undergoing IVF treatment which requires the injection of a hormone called Luveris. This medication involves combining a solvent vial with a powder vial. The solvent is drawn into a syringe and injected into the powder vial to dissolve it, then drawn back into the syringe for injection.

This process is something a chemist should know well. However, after explaining the process and requesting syringes and needles, they treated her like a drug addict, belittled her in front of other customers and then ignored her. Causing an enormous amount of emotional distress and public humiliation.

We went to another chemist in town and had absolutely no issues at all, they even gave us advice and showed us the entire process.

This chemist should be absolutely ashamed of itself.

Terrible pharmacy.
Not only are they overpriced more than anyone else, apparently having an iron deficiency and coeliac disease isn’t good enough for a work certificate.
Would not recommend anyone to shop here

This place has slipped. Service is slow pharmacist doesn't care about his customers well-being. And you feel unwelcome to go to the store.

Slowest chemist I have ever been to. Never had a wait shorter than 20 mins. Prices are a lot higher than other chemists I’ve been to in the past too.

Store rarely opens on time, all signs say they open at 8am weekdays however I was waiting for 15 minutes before heading elsewhere to fill my script. There were about 10 others waiting as well as a staff member, not sure how much longer they had to wait before the store was opened. A poor display of business operation.
