I was under the impression that SMLS was going to help me prepare for an upcoming VCAT hearing. Instead, they stepped out the second I told them I have the date for the hearing. Everything up until then was "Once you get a hearing date we can help with X, Y, and Z."

Exactly the same as PCLC did three times. Very disappointing to be honest, especially when they knew thats what PCLC had done to me already.

I have booked an appointment on April with Angelia and give my all the require documents related to my case file and advice my for call back soon but now is August month going to be end no one call me and nowadays when I request my asked about not calling and waiting since the day but they told me your case has been closed , I am very disappointed & bothered from their service.
