I did not hesitate in giving the team at Southern Peninsula Conveyancing 5 stars they are wonderful. I have used the for two properties that I purchased and on both occasions the were professional, efficient and through. Buying a home is a very stressful event, when you have someone like Southern Peninsula working for you it takes all the stress out of the conveyancing side of things. I must mention that as a bonus every one of the staff are so warm and friendly, I can not recommend them highly enough.

Janice, Emma, Brooke, Maureen, Suzanne - All staff have consistently gone above and beyond to handle my settlements. After other parties reneged on contracts twice, difficult, non simultaneous settlement negotiations, a death in the family and a bout of covid, I couldn't handle too much more going wrong.
SPC made sure I was taken care of during a very, very stressful period of my life. More than just professional, they were caring and kind too.
