I used Leona and her team’s services during an extremely difficult and stressful period of my life. If we could give more stars we would !! Being referred to Southern Waters Legal by Steph Martyn was the start of an amazing experience. My husband & I needed all of our Estate Planning, including complex Mutual Wills & other legal documents done.
As I was going into hospital for major surgery we needed everything finalised within 7 days and Southern Waters Legal were definitely up to the challenge.
From meeting Kyle at reception through to finalisation we were extremely impressed. Simon Bennett was so efficient & explained everything to us. Simon has a great way of letting you know exactly why you require certain items in your Will & all of your Estate Planning documents. Even with issues of second marriages & children, he handled all of it with compassion and expertise.
We were also very mpressed by Emma Bailey as she assisted with our Estate Planning. Emma brought a calming influence also, which was very much appreciated by us.

Leona and the team were so great to deal with. I always left the office feeling like I could totally trust that Leona had my back and knew exactly how to deal with whatever situation I presented to her.
