I hired sprouts consultancy for my preschool. Cassandra was extremely professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cassandra helped to not only mentor my staff, but also prepped them for A&R.
Cassandra kept us up to date, and guided us in the right direction. She kept up with communication, and was an open book when we reached out. Will definitely be using her again if we need mentoring in the future! Highly recommend!

Cassandra assisted our preschool teams with preparation for Ratings and Assessment, including support for Policy and Procedure Development. She also supported the teams with planning the QIP for the new year. We are very appreciative of her support and valued the work Cass completed. One of her biggest strengths is her ability to engage with the teams and understand what they require. Cass was reliable and accountable for all work and sent regular updates so that I always knew where we were up to. We would definitely use Sprouts again in the future.
