Really horrible customer service.

Rang for a taxi at 1835 to take us from our accomodation at Dolphin Shores to one of the local breweries. Told he’ll be there shortly. Waited 25 minutes and rang back for an ETA (we totally get it, country town taxi’s get busy) to be told “I’ll ring you back he should be there”.

Never heard back from the phone operator or saw a taxi. Disgraceful service. Wouldn’t trust them in the slightest.

We rang, booked a taxi for 60$. After being 40 minutes late we were then charged $120. Card machine wouldn't work and payment took 25 mins. Went to book a taxi home (no other choice, no Uber, nothing else) we rang and they said that the driver has turned off his phone, he is really busy and he'll be here when he's here. Somebody set up a taxi business here...it's a no brainer. These people have not got a clue.

Mark was amazing rang from Sydney he did a pick up at IGA and delivered to my mum in a nursing home. Good old fashion service very rare these days but very appreciated. Thank you

First time using. Thought the negative feedback may have been from tourists not understanding the increase in demand over the Christmas break but unfortunately i had the same experience as many others. Greeted with the same monotone unfriendly voice as others and was also told 20 mins the same as others, waited over an hour. I ordered a cab in the middle of the day and didn't specify a time, just asked for next available. Driver was friendly.

Prompt service, good pricing. People just need to learn to be organised a little better so they aren’t disappointed. Ian was a good fella dealing with a bunch of drunk people. No way I could deal with tha. Hats off to you Ian we will use them again for sure

We don’t mind a long wait time and can understand how busy it must get, but blatant rudeness, dishonesty and unprofessional comments will not be tolerated.

On our taxi ride to Huskisson Ian picked us up. He was rude, unfriendly, highly unprofessional and said multiple antagonistic comments to us. When we called to request a taxi to take us from Huskison back to our accomodation, Ian answered and gave directions to wait at a certain location (15 minute walk from where we asked to be picked up) to be picked up in 15 minutes. When we had been waiting for 30+ minutes we called just to confirm a taxi was still coming, only to be told by Ian in a blaming tone “oh ye you 3 girls, well you weren’t waiting at the pub so when the taxi got there to pick you up he left”, to which we questioned that because he had specially asked us to wait at another location, when questioned Ian rudely stated “ooo whatever don’t be like that”. He had no respect for us as customers, and if he really hates his job as much as he told us then he shouldn’t work in that job.

Ask for Maurie! He was absolutely amazing, very friendly & extremely down to earth! The most comfortable I’ve felt in a taxi in a very long time. On time & happy to go out of his way to please.

Ordered a cab and said they'd take 30 min. After an hour we tried to ring with no answer. Tried to ring multiple more times way before closing time with no answer at all. After 2 hrs we eventually found our own way with still no reply from this 3rd rate service
