From the bottom of my heart, thank you. What an absolutely amazing, whānau-oriented team you have. As a visitor to the great Aussie outback, I felt so cared for and looked after.

I was seen quickly, assessed thoroughly, and treated with such kindness by a beautiful human being, Dr Tim, who reminded me of the good old-school doctors who actually take the time to explain everything clearly. He even went over my medication and explained the dosage in milligrams. I mean who does that these days? That level of care is rare and precious.

To Dr Tim and your wonderful team, your aroha, patience, and genuine love for what you do really shines through. You didn’t just treat my illness, you lifted my wairua. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

In contrast, I need to mention the disappointing experience I had the day before at Trinity Medical Centre. I was barely checked, told it was "just viral" without care or proper assessment, which clearly wasn’t the case. That experience left me feeling unseen and dismissed.

But your clinic restored my faith. Thank you again for showing what real care and compassion looks like. You are a gift to your community.
