I had my initial appointment to sign a document for them to gain access. Its been weeks and not even a phone call for an update. I have tried to call and see how it was going on only to be told they are still waiting.

All very well if you are the no win no fee person they are acting for, they will not check out your exaggerated non existent injuries, and send the defendant broke trying to get justice, they will line their own pockets first !!!!!
