This is my 3rd order with this company. Very good quality and fast delivery. Had last minute changes on the order and they did accommodate my request.

I requested the Shipping Method to be "Authority to Leave". This was on the packing slip but the e Parcel label Delivery Instructions were "Signature on Delivery Required". The parcel came a day earlier than advised by A Post (which is normally a good thing). A Post did send a SMS giving a delivery window but I was out during that time which should not have been a problem as I had paid for the cheaper postage rate with authority to leave.
A Post did not leave the parcel but sent it to a locker at Sunnybank Hills Post Office. This Post Office is three times the distance to my nearest Post Office at Browns Plains. To get to Sunnybank Hills from my home using public transport, I have to catch a bus to Browns Plains to get a bus to Sunnybank Hills. I also had to contend with the protocol and time limit for getting the parcel out of the locker. All this for a person aged 82.5 years is a bit much when it all could have been avoided if my delivery instructions had been followed.
The product was as expected and should do the intended job.
