Have been receiving packages via these guys for about a yr. All up probably 60 different packages to date. Absolutely no issues at all. If my wife goes to pick up & the package is heavy, someone always takes it out to the car for her.

My parcel sat at this place for 4 days before I chased down where it was (notification issues with the shipper) but you'd think the parcel centre would ring and inform you it was there waiting. When I rang them and asked why the parcel wasn't being delivered to my address they said they don't deliver to my area (I had paid for it to be delivered to my door as I live 20mins out of town) and I had to take it up with the supplier.
The parcel centre lists their opening hours as 10am-1pm Monday through to Friday - these are work hours. Only saving grace was I was able to get a friend to pick up the parcel for me.
