I’ve used Steven McDonald Financial Services since 2009. I have found him to be very knowledgeable regarding tax law and financial planning. If you want fluffy mamby pamby talk don’t use them, they say it how it is without the sugar coating. Admittedly I have found at times they can be slow to return calls which is frustrating but they do get the job done regardless. I like direct no frills straight up talk when it comes to my business affairs, they tell it how it is, no smoke and mirrors 👍👍👍👍👍

I experienced terrible service, expensive and very difficult to get in contact with. As a result I have changed accountants, and he refused to give copies of my tax and records to my new accountant. I had higher expectations of professionalism from an accountant.

Took nearly 5 months to do my tax return despite telling me it would be 6 weeks. They then charged me for things they hadn't discussed and ignored emails and phone calls following it up. Will not be using again. Service is terrible.

Terrible service. Made a reservation 8 months prior and they had no booking on the day. Tax processing time was 8 weeks after they had it two weeks and then they lost my paperwork !!! Staff had attitude .. Steer clear .. Went elsewhere got tax return in a week !!
