Have enlisted Steven and Debbie's help when purchasing four properties from 2013-2025. Highly recommend their expertise in this area. Pretty lousy response times. After initial face to face meeting where he took notes, lawyer said he would contact me in couple weeks. Never did. Left 2-3 mesages with his PA and went to see him again a bit later. Said he would get back in a week. Never did. We talking a time period of some 2-3 months....no action from him.
