We had dealt with Strata Plus Port Stephens for many years but had some concerns. Our strata manager changed to Sue Clulow from Strata Plus Port Stephens about 7 years ago and the level of professionalism rose dramatically. Prior to this time, there were serious discussions about changing the strata company but once Sue took over strata management, no further discussions arose. She made such a difference and I really appreciate what she did for the unit block.

Nyree came on board as the Strata Committee was commencing some complicated engineering tests on all units in the complex.
