From the 1st day of moving in Manny from SBM was very helpful and friendly. He explained me everything, not only about the things like moving in procedure but also general information about living in Australia and considering that it was my first time in Australia it was very helpful. Manny also helped to find the storage cage, which was surprisingly located on different level than parking lot.

I would like to say big thank you and thumb up to to our Building Manager Adam Gungor of 20 Nancarrow Ave Ryde. He is always approachable, reply your email/SMS in prompt time. Especially his help to us during our Covid Isolation is extra mile stone and way above our exceptions in early Feb 2022.He offered to help us get our food order as soon as possible when it dropped at lobby. Organised cleaner to collect our rubbish 2 times a week. Even mentioned if we need anything urgently, he can help to get it and delivery up. His care and help made our isolation life easier.
Last week, he also helped me to fix my unit door issue. He had a look and spray WD40 to reduce the loud sound. He manages the building issues well, always send out information to all residents in time. We are lucky to have such a good building manager onsite.

I’m an owner at Pearl of the Bay and could not be happier with Sean and David’s work. They’re professional, responsive and look after our building very well. I highly recommend Structure Building Management but Sean has to stay with us. 😊
