I need regular blood tests, and have really hard to find veins. Daisy at Ocean Shores made the whole process so simple and painless. She was kind, understanding, and friendly. It was such a different experience from my usual blood tests at other pathology providers, I'll definitely be getting my blood taken here from now on.

I was about to leave a glowing review about my very positive experiences at SNP in Ocean Shores and just read the previous review by Clare and I am VERY surprised. I attend SNP very regularly in Ocean Shores and Daisy is simply wonderful. She is always friendly and puts me at ease. I have never seen her be anything other than welcoming, warm and supportive to every person who walks through the door. Both girls are so lovely and kind. I almost never leave negative reviews - especially not if it concerns a young woman just starting out, but I’m compelled to do so having just visited here.

I was treated with such officious, abrasive/aggressive behaviour by Daisy, I felt the need to gently give her feedback. Instead of taking this on board and learning in order she could improve her customer service, she raised her voice and argued over the top of me.

Daisy - you have a great deal to learn about dealing with the public, especially given the nature of this job, where the majority of people seeking out pathology services are unwell. Try to be compassionate, rather than going in to combat with clients the minute they walk through the door. Alternatively, find a job that suits you better so that Sullivan Nicolaides doesn’t loose business.
