Pathetic Lawyers, never pick up the phones, and botched my settlement not once, not twice but 3 times. Seriously, do not use these people, they are terrible, and you will not get the resolution you are after.

Horrible service. My William is just a greedy person. Dont know anything about law and will over charge you. When asked wont even give an itemise invoice. If anything without helping he make my case worst and charge me a lot and turns out I didn’t even needed a lawyer at all. He doesn’t reply to calls or emails and the office door is always close. Australia govt should ban him and canceled their license alongside take legal action against them. He is a scammer.

shocking company. I have trying to deal with this company for a year now. All talk and no action! Never return phone calls! Hardly ever return emails! In that 12 months virtually nothing has been achieved! To do this to someone who is struggling and desperately needed their help is unforgiveable! I can understand one or two people in a firm being bad, but the whole firm? You should be ashamed!

Wish I can have the choice to give them 0 stars. Sun & Co Lawyers are one of the most unprofessional lawyers I have come across. They are very difficult to communicate with, they do not conduct in a professional manner. I requested them to return our legal document, power of attorney forms and leases, they promised to find and return them in a week, however it's over a month and there is still no sign of our legal document, in between they ignored all our email/phone correspondences. While they were acting on our case, they did not show professionalism in their conduct which resulted in the discontinuation of the contract. I am preparing to submit a complaint to the Legal Services Commission regarding their conduct. I should also mention that I have witnessed on several occasions that Mr Sun was screaming at his co-workers abusively. I believe such abusive behaviour is inappropriate and might constitute workplace bullying. I will never trust a lawyer that openly bullies his co-worker in front of his clients.

Extremely disappointing experience with this firm. I engaged William Sun to provide me with legal advice/representation regarding a family matter. He was inattentive, difficult to contact and ended up shafting my case onto his trainee solicitor who made multiple errors. After raising questions regarding this he has ghosted me and failed to return phone calls and emails (which was the theme throughout my experience with Sun and Co). Appauling.
