Kim - in the Section 32 department is fantastic!
After that point, Sunnyoaks is an absoute disaster. I bought and sold multiple properties at the same time, and had everything through Sunnyoaks. I was receiving email after email, informing me to sign an re-sign forms, with no explanation of changes. No phone calls. No proper communication. Judged on whether I could 'afford the new property'. Prior to this review, I raised my experience concerns with the Director. She was responsive, and told me that she would review my file, and touch base with me within 24 hours...2 month later I'm still waiting for that phone call.
I would pay the money and use a soliciter next time. Avoid if you can.
