Maria and her team where amazing and helped us so much, I could not recommend superior conveyancing services enough. Being a first home buyer I had no idea about all the obstacles there are involved in buying a house. Maria and her team helped us out in so many ways. So happy we went with them. I recently had dealings with Maria from this conveyancer. She is the manager of the business. We have only been on board with them for a week. She prepared a section 32 document with a significant error in the rates applying to our property, scaring away potential buyers. I was also sent documentation for another one of their clients instead of my own. Her staff shared their concerns that my personal information may have been sent to another party as well. When I asked for a discount on my conveyancing fee Maria sent me the most abrupt and insulting email I have ever received, claiming absolutely no responsibility for her mistakes and told me to "pay the account and find another conveyancer to sell my property". She insulted my real estate agent as well. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from the manager of superior conveyancing, I am extremely disappointed. If I could rate this business with less than one star, I would!

I have recently just purchased a home and used Maria and the team. I have used a number of conveyancers over the years but after my latest purchase have found someone that I will always come back to. The team at superior went above and beyond to get the job done even when things were tricky. We’re on top of things to the point where they would call me instead of the other way around. They may not be the cheapest but I doubt I would have got this service elsewhere. Would highly recommend!

I paid $993 to Maria Corica, manager at Superior Conveyancing Services as my portion of outstanding water and council rates for the purchased property but she did not pay the rates and claiming that she is not representing the vendor anymore. I left without $993 and also have to pay vendor's bills. Stay away!

Maria and her team recently dealt with the sale of my elderly Mothers house.They were excellent with my Mum and did a fantastic job. Very thorough and got it done with no hassle or worry. Highly recommend
