Introduced to John Sutherland thru an acquaintance.we needed advise regarfing a sec128 matter in the supreme court. He purposely pushed my disabled senior mother into a litigation which she need not have been part of. He witheld vital information from us, which if we had known, would have stopped his billing right there and then. He misguided us only to extract money from my Mother. When the billing went in excess of $80k and my retiree mum had no money he had the audacity to tell her to sell her house to pay his further legal fees. MUCH AFTER THE STING we find out that he was given several chances by the judge to extract my Mother from the proceedings which he did not convey to us and instead refused the settlement offers on his own. Anyways, he specializes in writing up WILLS and nothing else but he did make it out as if he knows everything.His conduct is being reported by me to the Victorian legal commission to ensure he doesn't do what he did to my Mother. All this expenses to reduce a $8500 costs order. Beware of him and his barrister friend John Simpson, they work in unison to empty your savings and then leave you swinging in the breeze. Incompetent and untrustworthy.
