Avoid at all cost. Negligent. Incompetent. Swaab drafted defective pleadings in the Supreme Court that were struck out as a result. A new (competent) legal team then needed to go to the Court of Appeal to undo the negligent work, costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. Yet Swaab think they should be paid for the work drafting a pleading struck out for being defective.

Uncommercial. Don’t care about clients. Be careful. It could happen to you.

This firm is amazing i had a very challenging and complex case. They worked as a team and gave consistent advice from start to finish.

I have delt with a few of their lawyers over time from Ryan, Nicole, Marilyn.

Absolutely terrible. No strategy, bad advice, useless all round except when it comes to billing they are brutal. So many stuff up ...not just poor outcomes but actual mistakes. I tried 4 different lawyers in the firm and they were all terrible for varying reasons. I went elsewhere and my matter was handled well and resolved quickly.
