Paid good money for a very serious matter but received zero service whatsoever. Never answered my calls, never answered emails and they keep their doors locked during their business hours. Kept trying to get into contact with them for weeks, doors were always locked and nobody answered the door - So one day I slipped a letter under the door in hopes they'd get back to me.

Went across the road to the pub High Street Social and low and behold there were the 2 "lawyers" and their secretary smashed off their faces getting drunk.

I was a legal aid client. I was not happy with my experience with this family law firm.
Calls never returned, questions never answered. Waiting for months on end without knowing what was happening.
Not happy with the outcome of my case.
I felt because I was a legal aid client that I wasn't given the same courtesy and attention as a paying client.

No communication. No response to questions asked regarding family law matter. Deeply upsetting to have wasted time regarding such sensitive matters with a firm who doesn’t show common curtesy or empathy for clients
