Late last year I decided to sell an investment property. I found a purchaser that was willing to pay my asking price as long as we were able to settle before xmas. Not an easy feat as the offer came in early December. I was recommended to go see Sylvania Legal and conveyancing, they were great. James and Mannie were brilliant, keeping me in the loop at every turn. The property was sold with time to spare. I highly recommend James and Mannie over at Sylvania Legal and Conveyancing.

Sylvania Legal recently completed my property settlement .
I received first class customer service in particular from Mannie who is to be complemented for her thorough and timely communications , process knowledge and follow through . The date was fast tracked but all boxes were ticked in advance and the settlement went through seamlessly .

Sylvania Legal Services recently wrote and then paid to promote a Facebook post saying that marriage equality is pointless and that LGBTQ+ people should be happy with what they have because they're a minority group and so they don't really matter. When people disagreed with this James compared to one commenter to Hitler and said "2%ers are virulent" (referring to a comment he made on the original post stating that LGBTQ+ people only make up 2% of the population).
James from Sylvania Legal Services kept saying Australia should hold a referendum on the issue (which would not make sense as the issue is not a part of the constitution- and the law was previously changed in 2004 without consulting the public).
Sylvania Legal Services have taken away the ability to review them on Facebook after they received many 1 star reviews by people upset by their homophobic posts and comments being sponsored to turn up in their news feed.
I would NOT ever use this law firm.
