We were referred to Darryn by our real estate agent Conrad to assist with the sale of our unit in Bondi. I can say that he did an outstanding job for us not only preparing a contract of sale at extremely short notice(only 2 days) but also navigating with a lot of tricky issues such as capital works that were ongoing at the time of sale and a barrage of questions from prospective buyers adding a lot to his workload. He maintained excellent communication with us at all times. He is extremely capable and proficient at what he does and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
