I am very disappointed with the settlement services provided by Tang Law. After making full payment, I expected at least basic support in following up on the status of the settlement. Despite multiple attempts to get updates on the status of my settlement, the agent’s responses were slow and lacked any useful information. He didn’t seem interested in providing proper support after receiving the payment, leaving me frustrated and stressed. I expected more professionalism and better communication. Their lack of communication and support has caused unnecessary stress and delays. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive settlement agent.
