Friendly receipionists and didnt have to wait long, person I saw was very unhelpful and had clearly made his decision on what he thought without bothering to ask more questions and try to see if was more he could do. As the service is free it’s still good but they need to spend a bit more time finding out more information on clients.

Was advised legal aid doesn't cover driving charges!!!! Was told to get a private lawyer!!!! I ended up getting a legal aid duty lawyer to represent me on the day who Was able to represent me... Odd?
