My wife and I are a sixty something couple and recently it was time for us to update our wills having only held out-of-date versions hand written on a template purchased from the newsagency 25 years ago. Laura Tatchell was recommended to us and we weren't disappointed with the service she provided. Laura made the whole process very simple and, after answering some preparatory questions online, actually visited our house for a face to face meeting and to finalise the documents. Laura was highly professional but at the same time patient, relaxed and engaging and my wife and I enjoyed having her consult with us in our home.
We also felt that the fees were very competitive for the standard of service we received.
